In 2020, HRP Group purchased the former Potomac River Generating Station (PRGS) with plans to transform the 18-acre waterfront site in Old Town North into a vibrant mixed-use development. Our team is working collaboratively with our partners in the City and community on a development plan that incorporates waterfront dining, public open space, retail and residential buildings in alignment with the Old Town North Small Area Plan.
